Judit has taught Academic Writing in the Departments of Political Science, Environmental Sciences and Policy, Nationalism Studies, Legal Studies, Economics, and History. In addition, she has taught thesis writing in the Department of Undergraduate Studies. She has also been involved in the University Preparatory Program at the Open Learning Initiative (OLIve-UP) for displaced individuals. She previously worked as a lecturer and research assistant at the Freie Universität Berlin, where she taught courses in literary and cultural studies, theories of gender, and visual culture. In addition, she taught courses at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg and the Austro-American Institute of Education in Vienna. She completed her PhD degree at the Friedrich Schlegel Graduate School of Literary Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin, funded by a fellowship from the German Research Foundation. Her research interests lie in gender, visuality, representations of urban space, and critical pedagogy. She also studied and researched at the University of Cambridge, the University of Tennessee, and the Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. In addition to working in higher education, she has been involved in adult education for many years.
